Meadowbank Health Centre

Our practice is run from two seperate buildings, with our main site being based in Meadowbank Health Centre. The Health Centre has disabled spaces close to the main door. Please park appropriately. The building is wheelchair friendly with ramp access. The Centre has a well-equipped Physiotherapy Department with inhouse physiotherapists. Appointments are made via the GP. A nurse staffed Treatment Room is also on site dealing with a variety of problems. The Centre also uses the services of a Phlebotomist who organises blood tests by appointment. The Centre also has an in-house Pharmacy.

Avonbridge Health Clinic

Our branch surgery is based at Avonbridge Health Clinic. Car parking is available to the rear of the premises with one small step at the entrance of the building.

We accept patients from our stated practice area (see map on the left). New patients will be asked to complete a registration form, a patient health check questionnaire and attend for a New Patient Medical.
