May 2012: New System for Emergency Appointments on Monday Only

From Monday 14th May, if you require an emergency appointment, our reception staff will take your telephone number and a brief idea of the problem. A GP will then call you back and will either:

Deal with your query by phone; OR

Ask you to come in that day to be seen, if necessary; OR

If appropriate, will offer you an appointment later in the week.

This is a trial which is being done to deal with demand and improve access to the Doctor.
